I am having this same issue. I can't find any hostile mobs naturally. I can only find them in the nether, rarely, or near mob spawners. I cant find creepers, skeletons, spiders, zombies, slimes, or witches. They just don't spawn in my world. I have stood completely still at night and in caves and not a single mob spawns. This is really unfortunate, as I can't get gunpowder or find zombies to change villagers. I need this fixed for my world to continue.
I am having this issue on PC.

I notified this same issue a few days ago, but the problem still happening. But in the grinders or mobs farms dont spawn :/
