First time filing a report so apologies if I did a poor job. I'm aware that I'm supposed to focus on one thing per report so I put in bold the main problem that I'm struggling with : )
When trying to collect wither skeleton heads, my world would become corrupt shortly after entering the nether. My world was fine in the past but today I find myself constantly trying to recover my world. If I was able to exit through a nether portal after recovering my world I would be fine. If not, I would have to recover again and try to get to a nether portal ASAP.

- This isn't the only problem I've had with the nether. In brief, I haven't been able to unlock the "Hot tourist destination" achievement or any of the achievement cosmetics that other bedrock platforms have unlocked and one of my portals, even before 1.16, have damaged me by half a heart when coming from the over world to the nether. It doesn't sound like much but it makes me panic and is just overall annoying to deal with.
