We were Attempting to build a prison, but an entire area (Marked out the frame with spawners in Image) Will not let me Place anything. No Manual Placing, No Commands, nothing.

Where you on adventure mode?
Is this a realm? don't quote me on this but i believe spawn is protected in realms.
This world was a Creative one, and it is not going through the Realms system, rather the XBOX live Friends system
And it is nowhere near spawn
