Realm frequently disconnects everyone & does a rollback
Our Minecraft Realms multiplayer server, version 1.19.3, disconnects all players and then does a rollback of anywhere to anywhere from 15 to 30+ minutes ago. without warning at irregular intervals. Everyone will be playing without anything unusual happening and then all of us will be disconnected with the same "Disconnected" message, unable to log back into the server for about five minutes. When they return then the server has rolled back anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes or more's worth of progress. It happens equally to all of our players equally regardless of if they're on the east coast, west coast, or even abroad in Europe.
It started about a week ago, we don't know what's causing this, and we haven't seen any reliable pattern to this. Some days it happens at about 6pm EST and we'll lose about 40 minutes of progress and that'll be it for the day. Other days it'll happen at 11am EST and we'll lose 10 minutes of progress, and then it'll happen again at 9:30pm EST and we'll lose 20 minutes of progress on the same day.
What I expected to happen was...:
People would be able to play reliably and consistently without server-wide disconnects and rollbacks.
What actually happened was...:
All players are disconnected by the server with the "Disconnected." message, and the server loses any progress up until anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes ago.
Steps to Reproduce:
At this time we have no idea how to replicate this issue, it happens sporadically and without warning or pattern.

At this time we have no idea how to replicate this issue, it happens sporadically and without warning or pattern.Rollback log:
