REALMS-11347Boats and Minecarts not dropping when broken
Whenever a boat or minecart is destroyed, they do not drop the respective boat or minecart item. This means that there is no way to collect boats or minecarts again after you place them down.
This issue has begun with the 1.20.0 update only on one specific realm world. The bug is not on my other worlds. I have downloaded the world and copied it, and the issue still exists on the copy.

I made a copy of my buggy world, and I'd like to upload it here, but I can't find the copy in my .minecraft folder. Please advise as to where I can find the copy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn into the world.
3. Place down a minetrack anywhere.
4. Place a minecart on the mine track, OR place a boat anywhere.
5. Use any tool to mine the cart or boat (pickax for cart, axe for boat)
Observed Results:
Cart/Boat tile does not drop upon mining cart/boat, and does not get collected into an empty inventory slot. All other items drop tiles normally when mined. (The "Tile Drop" option is "on").
Expected Results:
Cart/Boat tile drops upon mining cart/boat, and gets collected into an empty inventory slot.
I tried to attach my world, but my world is 116mb and the limit for attachments here is 10mb.
