Simulation Distance Messed Up
The simulation distance of my minecraft realm is set to the maximum of 10 chunks. However, i can literally walk ~30 blocks from a mob and watch it despawn. This goes for both hostile and friendly mobs, it also means i have to be pretty much staring at crops for them to grow. This is making a large scale world with multiple friends extremely difficult to set up larger projects. It also means any high efficiency mob or crop farms are impossible to build as every mob will just despawn the moment it gets out of range and crops won’t grow unless one of us is right next to the farm.
