Someone help!
We can't enter to our realm due to this error. I don't know what to do. It has been like this for 3 days now since June 21 up until now.
Could we get compensated for the 3 days of not being able to log in to our realm?

This appears to be a duplicate of
REALMS-5600which was later fixed. As of now, you should no longer encounter this problem.
