Realm crashing within seconds of opening
Unable to do anything on a realm because it crashes within seconds of opening or fails to connect entirely.
I have received differing error messages each time it crashes, including:
- java.lang.StackOverflowError (the message i received when the game first crashed)
- Server closed
- io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection refused: no further information
- Internal exception: java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine
- There was this one other one that i forgot to screenshot which was somewhere along the lines of the server refusing to connect me
Background: I am in the nether, and have been blowing up beds to mine for ancient debris, so large quantities of fire and some flowing lava are probably creating lag. However, i have never had issues with doing this previously, and my particles were on minimal. Turning down my render distance only gave me a couple more seconds before it crashed.
Yesterday another person and i experienced a similar crash on the same realm at the same time, when i was in the nether. However, we were able to get back on again, unlike this time.
Restarting my computer did not help
Environment
Realms, running on a Windows 10 laptop, 16GB RAM, i7
Internet speed: 28.4mbps download, 8.73mbps upload
Both the normal Minecraft client and Badlion Client, running OptiFine
