I was trying to renew an expired realm, it charged me and instead created a new realm. I tried again renew my realm. It charged me again but did not activate the expired realm. I just want the expired realm activated and the second realm closed with my money refunded.

REALMS-7257The bug tracker is staffed by community members, not Mojang employees. We don't have access to your account and cannot process your refund request. You would need to contact Mojang Support for that.
Thanks. I submitted a request for refund via MS xbox, since it is Realms and Mojang doesn't handle that. But still, this error is real. My Realm's "subscription" setting shows "renews every 0 days" which is nonsense. I don't even know what that means. I think it means it does not renew. Or, does that mean it infinitely renews, like every day? So confusing. Anway, subscription at xbox for the realms account is actively renewing. I checked on xbox.com. In the realm's setting in Minecraft it should say "renews every 30 days". So the, (1) why did it warn that it was expired? (2) Why did it create a new realm instead of renewing the existing one? (3) Why when I went directly to subscriptions for the first realm in minecraft>>realm>>settings did it create a new realm again when I tried to add a subscription there. (4) Why does it show no subscription in the realms settings? It offers the 2 or 10 player versions, but I already signed up for a 10 player subscription. I mean this is just a train wreck.
