What are you talking about? Realms, or your own server at home, or maybe someone hosting your server? If it is not realms, go to your host. Then Mojang can't do anything about it.
Changed Description:
When I want to create a new world, and go to advanced, and try to give the world a name, everything goes well but the background disappears and gets black. (also happens with seed)
I actually expected just a normal background. I don't know if this is an intended feature or just a bug.ps: The version is not real, but i can't choose mcpe.
I guess this is an intended feature. (because plants can't grow in the dark) Planted seeds need at least light level 9 in the block above them to grow. (http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Seeds)

It looks like you are stuck in gm adventure and in cinematic camera. Have you tried toggling it?
