Mine only crashes like that if it signs into Xbox Live off of wifi. It also lags a crap ton when it doesn't sign into Xbox Live though that is better then a crash every two minutes.
Do they fix these bugs? Most of these are from a while ago and I have the same issue on iPad Mini.
