The Mojang Studios Cape has a missing part on the bottom of the elytra wings texture & in the png file. Compared to other cape textures with the elytra, the Mojang Studios is the only one that is missing the bottom texture
for the elytra.The Alex Skin has a Regular Mojang Cape, and the Steve Skin has the Mojang Studios Cape.
*I know these textures are on Mojangs end & not textures in the game files, but I thought it should be posted for this project since the textures are also affected in-game.

When I open the Minecraft Launcher, everything works as normal. But when I go into the skins menu afterward, the entire launcher freezes and the skin menu stays blank/gray. No matter how long I wait for it to load, it doesn't load.
