When I click the 'Install Beta' button on the launcher, a dialog asking me to select my install location appears. After selecting my install location, when I click 'Start Install', the dialog closes and the launcher doesn't begin installing the game. Attached is a short clip of the bug in question.
I cannot give useful advice on how to reproduce the bug as I simply utilised the .msi file provided on the website to install the launcher, chose my install directory for the launcher and logged into the launcher once it booted up. I have installed this on multiple drives to the same extent, alongside rebooting not only my PC but also the launcher.

Update: Does install when booting as administrator
