Client-side microstuttering during the placing and breaking of glowstone
Client-side microstuttering during the placing and breaking ofglowstoneClient-side microstuttering during the placing and breaking of light sources
I experience a micro stutter whilst placing and breaking
glowstone blocks. I have tried on previous versions and builds with my computer and haven't experienced any difficulty with them. When placing any other block I don't experience this micro stutter, so I would assume it maybe has something to do with the emission of ambient light being calculated as the block is being placed and broken.Best of luck.

pause menu continuous in-game animation (such as flames, water flow, lava flow)
pause menu continuous in-game animation, but some are paused (such as flames, water flow, lava flow)
When paused, water, lava, and campfires are some examples that remain animated even when the game is paused. This would be fine, if torches didn't pause THEIR animation, but do. So all other animations are active while torches flame animations remain paused.
Best of luck.
When a tree is burning, the burning of the leaves causes unbearable lag, causing my computer to drop to 10FPS, though if I leave the chunk the tree is burning in, the lag subsides.
Also with campfires, I get the same issue, the more campfires I have placed in a single chunk the greater the lag becomes.
Best of luck.
EDIT: I have found out that the cause of the lag is the breaking of the leaves from the tree. All animations that happen quickly and in quick succession (such as breaking leaves, water flow, many entities, cause huge stuttering lag. This is with most of the animations in this current patch.

Here is a video of it I made --> https://youtu.be/lC7PM9dRWLg
Minecraft synchronization of client-side feels "off" after pausing and unpausing the game
I have demonstrated this in a video using a redstone loop, as you can see, after pausing and unpausing the redstone loop almost chokes and catches up with itself, almost as if it became unsynchronized during the pausing process.

When clicking Video Settings and in video settings, a large click plays loudly
When clicking escape/options/video settings, the click you usually hear plays normally, then at full volume a second time. It happens with every button inside the Video Settings.

Why can'tweplace double chests on top of double chests? Why can't I place double chests on top of double chests?
Why can'tIplace double chests on top of double chests? Can't place double chests on top of double chests
This was an issue in 1.13 as well, you used to be able to stack double chests on double chests but now it forces them to be single chests.
EDIT: I figured out the problem, you have to place the chest on the chest beside it to make it double, you used to be able to place both chests side by side on top of the bottom chest and it would automatically turn into a double chest.
Can't place double chests on top of double chests (fixed)
How To Recreate:
- Place a Redstone Ore block on top of a slab
- Place Redstone Ore on top or on the sides of the Ore placed on #1.
The sound that should be missing is the sound heard when placing the block, although, the breaking sound is still present.
EDIT:
I have found that when the Redstone Ore is not touching the ground at all, it doesn't make a placing noise.
Placing Redstone Oreon each other on top of slabs is missing the placing soundPlacing Redstone Ore after the first

I can confirm, you need to click around for the slider to move rather than dragging it.
I have to agree, after 1.12.2 block placing, block updates, etc. are super laggy to the game. It all happened after the definitions rewrite.
I can confirm in 1.14.1 Pre-Release 2, it lets you disenchant 2 of the same type of enchanted book and it gives you only 1 book back. it should give 2 books back or not allow you to disenchant both at the same time. What is interesting is that you can't disenchant 2 books of different types.
