I am sorry for the description if it's short.
The description ofMC-14044is clearer.
I tried to open my cousins pc then I updated her Minecraft to 13w16a.
After updating it, the Horse's heart had a texture not like mine that has a pink square grid pattern.
I think some computers have this problem like mine.
When riding a horse, the jump meter does not show up.
Tried reinstalling Minecraft, still did not show up.Using the normal texture
Minecraft flashes white when going back to the main menu screen.
What I expected to happen was...:
When going back to the main menu, it just went back the normal way.What actually happened was...:
Instead, it had a short white flash before the main menu opens.Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to either Singleplayer, Multiplayer or Options.
2. Press Cancel if your in Multiplayer or in Singleplayer.
3. Press Done if your in Options.
4. Right before the Main Menu shows up, a white flash should appear.

It's not only for nether star, i tried spawn eggs, enchantment bottle and enchanted book, and the level bar changed its color.
I think its really a bug.
Mine has been resolved.
I was using a texture pack of 1.5, that is in
MC-14044.Using the normal texture will bring the heart meter texture of the horse.
Texture packs of 1.5 and older does not show the texture of the horses heart.
Using the normal texture, the jump meter shows up.
The jump meter also doesn't show up with texture packs lower than 1.5.
is this a bug???

When you sprint in Single Player,
You'll notice that there is a little delay of sprint after you double tap W.
And when on a server,
It becomes super delay...
It is a bug in the client not on servers.
Oh yeah...
