MCPE-105510I have a beacon that is set up 9x9, 7x7, 5x5, 3x3 with the haste effect on it, and a netherite pickaxe with efficiency V on it, but mining with haste is no faster than just mining with efficiency V. I thought we should be able to instamine stone, but have not been able to do it.

I have done no such thing. I literally tried again, took down the beacon, made sure I didn't have the effect, rebuilt the beacon with a 9x9, 7x7, 5x5, and 3x3 of gold blocks and put an emerald in the beacon and selected the haste effect. No luck. Are you on Minecraft Bedrock for Xbox One?
Apparently I am a derp and there is no issue. Didn’t realize I needed to select haste twice.
