@Dhranios It isn't a duplicate. The enchanting works perfectly fine if the fishing rod isn't damaged so it's a different issue

You need to be in adventure or survival mode for it to happen. make sure to not move at all between the steps!
Can confirm in 1.20.4 in my hardcore world. Very annoying issue that forces me to disable the music.
Whenever a music ends, the same exact music starts playing again right after, in an endless loop
