It's not a bug, its still there since the start of Minecraft Bedrock...
I recommend you to reinstall Minecraft or XBOX app. If it still doesn't work, log out of your microsoft account and sign back.
Thats normal. Just don't do it.
Are you sure that your Minecraft version has been updated to the latest one?
