Same. Almost always unable to eat carrots, potatoes, and berries while using realms, regardless of my level of hunger.
I also frequently get a very strange jitter when moving the camera on mobile. I think it's relevant to the "load spikes" mentioned above.
Other than these two things, the server is just fine. Unfortunately, these are pretty crucial problems, so...
