This is not a duplicate of MC-1809, this happened with a manually planted tree after placing and breaking a block, not immediately upon world generation.
Can confirm for all 1.8 and 1.9 versions, this is a real bug and rather annoying. Also, sliding the music bar doesn't work, the only bar that affects the glitched music is the master volume.
