Logged into the Realms map today and the issue appears to have self-resolved. Must have been due to the challenges associated with the 1.21.20 rollout yesterday.
I am mistaken and @GoldenHelmet is correct. My previous build had the comparator on the hopper below and did not use a detector rail. You can close this.
