Hello,
I have an issue with Minecraft on my iPad. It was working until today.
When you launch Minecraft, the loading bar appears and fills up to 3/4 quarters and freezes with no error messages. Have performed the following:
- Forced close app.
- Relaunched the app and still freezes when the loading bar fills upto 3/4 quarters.
- Removed the app and reinstalled and it now appears to be loading as normal.
- Restarted iPad, launched the app and again it freezes.
- Factory reset the iPad.
- Installed Minecraft from App Store.
- Launched the app successfully.
- Signed into Microsoft Account.
- This is where it now freezes - see screenshot attached.
- From the screenshot, I cannot press any buttons to continue.
- Forced close the app.
- Launched the app, loading bar appears to be 3/4 quarters full and it freezes.
Please can you advise.
Many thanks
Sahid

Hey John,
Im not from the team but speaking from past experience.
I am getting the same error as well. To get the iOS crash logs from the device goto the following:
Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data > Select the Minecraft with the latest date & time stamp i.e. minecraftpe-2020-01-18-103630.ips
Share this file via email and upload to your Jira ticket system. Hopefully the team will see this and investigate.
If you have logged it upload the iOS crash logs:

Yep, I agree. Its a widespread issue and definitely a P1 incident.
I can just picture a P1 incident in a company with all incident management, networking, developers etc pulling their hair out lol.
P1 incident should be an hourly update. I'm not seeing no announcement from team.
