Villagers struggle to get to their bed when night comes. I believe it's because they have some sort of hitbox with the villagers that are already sleeping.

Step 1. Get villager (bobert)
Step 2. Get bed for bobert
Step 3. Repeat 20 times or more
Step 4. /time set midnight
Step 5. Watch the 20 boberts struggle to ger in their bed.

Everything you mentioned(Performance texts,changelog) appear the first time, but when you open it the second time you see a black screen for 5 minutes, then the minecraft loading screen, then only the wallpaper(sometimes it is the beta one, sometimes the 1.17 one) spinning forever
I can tell more details- i remember it first happened when i was opening(without activating) a texture pack
And when i open it for the 1st time after the download i cannot see my global resoruces on when creating a world texture packs or mod packs
