All around my house is full of light but monsters spawn in a light level of 9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15.
Last time, spiders and creepers spawn at light level of 9 and higher. After I opened my door house, I saw spider waiting there. I don't know how did it get inside. My house is full of light level of 13. Lower, upper and very upper too has 13/14 light level.

Light up all the around the room
step 3:
Try to load chunk by walking 32 blocks away from your house
Then see what happened. Spiders, skeletons and Creeper spawn directly & breaking the rule of Monster spawning light level

FOR WATCHERS: please be careful in the nether. If you have a lot of ingots, please store it in your chest. Y'know I always forgot to store my precious items in my chest and always keep it in my pocket. Since I was building a bridge in the nether, I saw ghast and tried to knock it's fireball for 6 times but Geez, I died in a lava and forgot to prepare my fire resistance potion. Little bit you want to know about my best items, My Full set of Netherite Armor won't help me a lot. It has 1 Knockback resistance. For other items, My Full set tool, weapons and more destroyed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO BRING SLOW FALLING POTION AND FIRE RESISTANCE TO SURVIVE THE NETHER. I was not so dumb.

“This is effective at my house. I change it's biome with BLOCKTOGRAPH. I don't even really know how to fix this problem. Anything is slow. Including villagers and other mobs like Skeleton; when firing arrow to players, the arrow moves slowly too. When I and Richard start to find animals to make huge pen, I noticed that mobs outside snowy biome moves normally but why strays inside the Snowy biome moves slowly? Next time I don't wanna do this again. I and Richard Sharing items together thus far. But now I need to build my house So far away as I can. I hope anything is going to be alright. And I hoped Mods fix this biggest bug EVER!”

Of course smooth stone is uncraftable in Survival. You need to mine stone and smelt cobblestone in the furnace. After getting a stone block, smelt the stone block too if you want to get your very first smooth stone
