I got an information on the discord community support. They have server problems right now but they don't know when it will be fixed.
I totally agree!
I pay 10 $ a month (plus 75$ for me and my kids for the game) and the Realm doens't work for 48 hours now without notification or anything helpful.
The support and the communication is a complete desaster.
Bummer!
