Have you found a fix yet? I have the exact same issue with my friend, but he's overseas. We're having the same crash 20 or so minutes into the game every time. The host of the game always crashes, which closes the mission.
Both of us have updated and we just tested it. We crash even sooner now, few minutes into the game the host crashes. We also tested playing solo for about 30 minutes, then my friend joined and I crashed after no more than 2 minutes.

Could that be the issue?
In my case, my friend and I are in different countries and we both use Gamepass Ultimate individual subscriptions. What could be causing this?
