Changed Description:
Setting the effect for a beacon, then relogging will reset the beacon.
Update: It seems inconsistent. Sometimes the beacon reset itself and other times it did not
but dungeons that were supposed to have chests, didn't. For example, a mob spawner place, there are supposed to be 1 to 2 chests, but there weren't any. Also in a desert temple, the same had happened
