You need a lot more information for anyone to help you out.
Maybe try relogging a good few times? Try checking to see what might cause a problem. If you have major problems, maybe redownload Minecraft?

This has happened to me. I'm not sure if it's fixed by now as it only happened yesterday before I logged off, so...yea!
I guess this should be fixed as it isn't quite a full block

Also this was on the world building height
Assuming this person hasn't found a way to fix this yet, have you tried reloading the world or redownloading minecraft?

I was on a server and this happens when I am in a specific area. Was this on a server? Try moving away from that area.
Yes but it has been reported and needs fixing. The problem isn't with the skin or the Skindex website, its the security question for uploading a skin. READ IT CAREFULLY, DOOFUS.
