yes i have, about a day or so after posting this bug i was doing a hunt for the ??? boss
i was wearing a set that gave luck of the sea, and it ended up with fist weapons what were "unique" but not and i kid you not i fell through the floor respawned above the floor and repeated this infinitly (untill i picked them up obviusly.)
