After 5 minutes of the screen saying "Saving world" when I was exiting my world, its still says "Saving world". Is it my PC age or is it a bug? After that, I was forced to restart my PC.

Yes, there is still an issue with it.
This happens when you enter the nether.
This goes the same for ruined portals too. Both in overworld and nether.
That's the same for me. I never hear any nether music.
Perhaps the datapack should be updated to 1.17 instead of the pack only working on a certain snapshot. But I do agree it needs to be fixed somehow.
