The new file location screen opens everyday when I open minecraft and even if I accept for the new file location it pops up the next day.Please fix this bug

I installed some resource packs in 1.18 minecraft packet edition
But the resource pack gets installed in the old location games>com.mojang>resource packs
But as told in the change log it should get installed in the new location that is android>data>com.mojang>files>games>resource packs.
Even though it is stored in the old location it does not appear in my global resources in mincraft

I play Minecraft on mobile(Android)
My mobile is MIUI Global version 12.5.1
It is 128GB storage and 6GB RAM
Is this information enough and please solve this I am getting sick of this bug..
