Tnt Minecarts explode colliding moving at max speed in the new snapshot both with and without Minecart Changes experimental toggle, not mentioned in change log.
Testing:
1. Build setup like image attached in 1.21.1 (Powered Rail under Tnt Minecart)
2. Press Button and notice that the Tnt Minecart does not explode
3. Build setup again in 24w33a (Powered Rail still under Tnt Minecart)
4.Press Button and notice the Tnt Minecart explodes

Put item into top slot of furnace.

Hitting the corner of a fast moving mob will cause the arrow to visually reflect before it updates and re appears where it actually landed.
