Checked on survival and it's the same. I only get the visual effect, but my movement speed is the same. Potions of slowness are the same. Tried this with every single version of the potions, splash and regular, level II and longer duration.
I went back to previous (13w19) snapshot and there is no problem in there.
I'm really sorry. I did use the search function, but I believe I used it in the wrong way.
Yes, but I tried to do a manual search. I tried to see all bugs relating to the last snapshot, by clicking on 13w21a, because it was recent enough that I thought there wouldn't be that many bugs. And when I tried that I got around 15 results only. All about horses and anvils. But as I said, I understood wrongly that was ALL of the bugs reported for last snapshot. Next time I'll search for the appropriate labels. I'm really sorry.
