My son also has lost world packs he bought through iPad of world templates and could scare zeroed, I've just set up an Xbox account but makes no difference. Please help recover he's very upset.
My son lost City life, dinosaur island, lumen power challenge and skin pack. The account is under my wife's account and can supply details if your update doesn't fix this.
