Forgot to say the workaround: You can just rename the MCWORLD file to .zip and extract it to [USERPATH]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds to bypass this issue, but it takes way longer and requires a game restart
Yes, from what I have tested with an alt account. I think I have forgotten to mention, though, that the bug only occurs when you start clicking the "Invite" button once on different players really fast, like how I showcase in this short clip: Minecraft 2023-04-22 18-12-40.mp4
. Sorry for the confusion as from what I know there has never been any issue inviting players to your Realm slowly.
Well, I tested it with an alt account, and I can confirm that it is spam inviting like how you'd expect. I uploaded a new file: alt_footage.mp4
. It shows both ends (me inviting and the other receiving invites). I hope this helps!
Note: When I clicked "Invite" on VariableBat7544 (my alt), it took me back to the "Invited Friends" section. Just in case it looked confusing at first.
It isnt an issue anymore as it seems like it imports fine now, but it might have not been patched since after I posted this I did upgrade my PC from a hard drive to an SSD, so assuming the issue still exists for some people, maybe it only affects people who have a hard drive. I no longer have a PC with a hard drive so I cant test it on a hard drive.
