I copied a village house from a village with a structure block and when I pasted it under the water the glass panes acted like they had water sources in front of them. When I tried placing blocks over the "water sources" and removed them, nothing happened. When I destroyed the glass panes and replaced them with no effect. The only way I found to stop it was to place a solid block (like a wooden plank) in place of the glass pane and then to put a glass plane back. (Also in the corner I was watching Gmod Trolling with a chrome extension)

Whenever you save and load a structure, all blocks that can be waterlogged, are waterlogged. When a structure loads, blocks that can be waterlogged are filled with water when placed in water, or water logged blocks spread water to un-waterlogged blocks when loaded

Are you not able to see "Off-hand villager spawning" in the title?
Yes, but that was last snapshot and this is when the villager spawn egg is in your offhand.

Yes, since this update makes the water far prettier and we want to build under water bases, and then move them underwater. @Calvin Costic
