What I expected to happen was...:
Be able to load game, and play by using the left click which via applied by external program.What actually happened was...:
Controller stopped working and resulted in using keyboard.Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a world, either creative or survival in the latest snapshots.
2: Use an external controller program like joytokey or something that allows controller to be use on games, like a joypad or something.
2. Attempt to make a left click with it, your tool won't work and not respond anymore til unplugged
3. Repeats steps above in 1.12.2 and lower with no problems. So it's not the program if it works in the lower versions, right?this can be locked now, 18w19b fixed 18w19a's problem, guess not everything was there in 18w19a. Thanks.

2nd: Load Minecraft:
3rd: Load a world with cheats enabled
4th: Use this command: /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~2 ~ {Attributes:[]}

5th: Armor Stand will be scaled up
6th: do it with other mobs: They all work except a few
7th: Use this command: /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~2 ~ {Attributes:[]} Minecart summoned but it's scale has not been increased.
Change to boat, boat with chest, minecart with chest, etc, those will not be scaled up or down.
Solution: Allow those listed above to be scaled
Update: Enderdragon Does Not Scale Up or Down with command

not sure what happened but 18w19b fixed 18w19a's problem so now this can be closed.
Will try in superflat world tomorrow as neither of those happened for me.
@Jiingy it works on armorstands. Also notice I updated it doesn't work on the enderdragon.
Either way, it should fix one or the other or both
