What I expected to happen was...:
Chunks shouldnt be rebuilding them selfsand the land shouldnt be see through.What actually happened was...:
When flying around land becomes see through at times, have to quit and reload the world. BUT biggest problems is that chunks rebuild them selfs sometimes and this stuffs up my world. The chunk problem has only seemed to occur on single player so I play this world as a server. Happens once every say 10 times the world is loaded. Minecraft install has been cleared and problems persists.Steps to Reproduce:

Joel thats not the answer I was looking for, but ill fix it up.
well if this site had a delete button i wouldve cancled it as this was a mistake. the user interface is horrible.
My computer is working fine with everything else so I doubt its a hardware issue. And Ive had this world since early last year before anvil even came out, so over time the original world file became redundant and a new generator was created. If I travel far enough the land doesnt match up and there are half mountains and everything where the transition is made.
