Changed Description:
Item frame (and item in it) dropped after comming back from the end, the chunks had been unloaded and loaded when spawning on a bed
When trying to set them back, it wont let you place the frame on the same position and after reloading the world the items have duplicated and the frames are back to normal

You will need to either reset the chunks or "re-assign" the monument structure to the area where it should be, once this data was deleted in 20w21a it won't magically reappear in the data of the world, reffer to
MC-184740for more information about this issue.
