In Minecraft 1.14 - 1.14.2 yourMinecrafthand does notchange orgo through any animation when you fall.Usually the hand gets raised but in this case it just does not move.
I was messing around in Minecraft with Creative Mode and ran into an interesting bug with the World Border. When you get into contact with the world border (as in walking, sprinting, swimming, or boat ride) you get stuck in place until you stop moving or walk out of it. This can result in you floating if you press against the world border when airborne.
I decided to test if it had the same effect on mobs and found out that they take suffocation damage from pressing against the world border. (I am assuming that its suffocation damage, because I don't have any idea of what else the damage could come from.) I tried it out in survival but no suffocation damage was dealt to the player.
The world border also had some rendering issues with the new Fabulous option and you can see the world border through the world border even if there's blocks in middle of the view. I hope that explanation made sense, I will post a screenshot and a video of it below. I also tested it in Fancy and Fast and it doesn't occur. I labeled the screenshots Fabulous and FancyorFast and I'm also on the outside of the border to clear up any confusion.
Also heres the link to the video that shows all these bugs in action:

I saw this issue before with a friend. They had to re-summon the dragon with end crystals to get an End Gateway because the first dragon didn't give them one. Best of luck to you and your world though!
I tried using that seed and went to the places in the screenshot and none of them matched and I was in complete different places, are you able to check to see if the seed is the same as you posted in the Description? When I use the seed 67965268637732200777 it changes it to -470642658 so something might have gone wrong.
Alright, thanks for the information! I'll get onto creating a new bug report for the suffocation and will keep it more brief. I'll include a new video that will just show the mobs getting suffocated in the border.
MC-189968This is the new bug report "Mobs Suffocate in World Border"
Hopefully this works for you, and thanks for looking into my bug reports!
Testing this in 1.16-pre7 it doesn't seem like mobs suffocate in the border anymore.
I made a short demonstration of this: https://youtu.be/bJNhwfV5fSs
