While on my lunch break i tried to replicate the issue in a new Local Creative and new Local Survival map – i was not able to reproduce the results there.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be on Bedrock Realms (as stated above i was not able to reproduce this on Local world of any kind [Survival, creative])
2. Stand next to an Allay or another player
2a. i've noticed that this occurs more frequently while crossing a biome.
3. one player or entity will create water source (randomly) in their location or while they move.
3a. new example attached you can see two players creating a water spire up to world height.
Observed Results: Source water will be created. This will occur in both over world and nether.
Expected Results: No source water should be created.
Also, attached another video of two players causing this issue – we now have to practice social distancing while on the realm with other players because of this. Im sorry i wasn't able to capture the beginning of this. If it happens again i'll continue to capture video.
Not a specific item, i think at the time it was holding an Egg, and i've seen it do the same with Sticks while tree farming. So i dont think its a specific item.

Currently only realms – no Mods. We do have players on PC, Xbox and switch they all see and experience the same issue.
I'll fire up a test local world and see if i can replicate the issue there.
