No deaths, or otherwise have occurred, and issue has only begun as of the recent marketplace change to the mega-man

Once again, with the new update to 1.19.63 on Xbox One and possibly others, the constant bug of loading a world from a save starts an individual back at world spa

hard to grab screen shot, game tries to save and corrupt file. Trying to grab a vid of issue.
Still happening on xbox every time an update or preview drops. Have to load a creative spectator copy in order to have survival load, and hope it doesn't bug.
Of course the files still corrupt, but I got a free couple open chunk pits that I don't have to dig ( clean down to open void ), so win?
