This became more noticeable in latest update 1.16.210. Tested everything, only happens on realms. Trying to fly with elytras with fireworks from the ground is nearly impossible, even replanting crops by holding right click skips several blocks.
Can confirm in a 10-player Realm, even Villagers and sheeps with name tags on all of them dissapear after being disconnected for a couple of hours. Tried to workaround this with ticking areas set with BDS, but no luck either.

It is as described, just copy-pasted 4 times. Then in the fifth attempt (5th sign) line breaks got deleted.
The line break is IN the clipboard as shown in screenshot 2.
Why would I post a bug if it was my mistake deleting those lines on purpose?
Would you test it in a realm? or online/server world?

Additionally, you cannot get rid of it by pressing Q while being in the hotbar (In Windows 10), you must open inventory and drag it away.

Can confirm even on v1.16.221, can't refer any player even with "player" or just player with any command requiring targets
