After player is being killed by multiple ender crystals a death message will be shown. If player waits for a some time before respawning, player will be moved quickly after respawning causing new death (by falling from a high place). After I closed the world and reopened it I found that i fell from the world.
To reproduce this bug:
- Create any world.
- Place command block that summons and explodes ender crystals
- After switch to survival/adventure mode and go to the towards crystal
- Wait for 10-20 seconds before clicking "Respawn" button
- You will be "jumped" away your world.

Video explanation: Minecraft is opened in full-screen mode. When you see minecraft loading bar it means I opened desktop using Win+D and then returned to the Minecraft. After I returned to the Minecraft, death screen just disappeared allowing me to continue playing. Another weird thing is that after I returned to the Minecraft I stopped receiving any damage (falling damage, effects damage, burn damage, etc).
