Correct, i am using the "Fabolous" graphics mode, and after looking at the other graphics modes it does not affect these as the bubble column particle does not appear behind glass in these graphics modes. which also explains why this is not an issue before 1.16 rc1 as this graphics mode is newly released.
This was now also done one the newest release of Minecraft to show that this is still an issue. but it has been an issue since bubble columns were released. i have checked a lot of versions.
