I don't receive knockback. But it's strange, because the effect only happens if I have the headset on. I tested this on a private world and a server. Both gave the same result: I don't receive knockback while the headset is on, but if I take my headset off i start taking knockback again. Please fix because I don't want to get banned off servers just because I was playing on vr. YT video I made explaining the bug
Edit: I was hoping this would be fixed in 1.17, but it wasn't. Something else I forgot to mention was that I tried deleting and reinstalling both the Oculus launcher and Minecraft, but that didn't fix it either. Haven't tried using another pc though.

Not only that, I also have 5 block reach now, meaning I can hit players that are further away. Beginning to question if this is intentional and not a bug. Note: I am opening the game in VR mode by using a shortcut as listed by the instructions on the Minecraft in Virtual Reality help page
Would test on PS4/5 VR as well, but sadly I don’t have a PSVR headset.
I don't receive knockback and have extra reach while playing on vr
Not sure, I would have to test it again. Although I can’t at the moment because I am not home. Will update the post if the bug is still present when I get back to my house.
I just got back and I tested if the bug was still present and it was. I tested it in my realm and in The Hive server with my friends.
Yes, it is still an issue.
