I was creating a custom flat map using custom presets and when I pressed done, it says "Loading World" "Converting World" and just sits there and freezes and mind you there is no
wloading bar!

the sound still cut off so what do i do?
even if i do update java, it'll still give me the audio cut off thing!
I updated it and it still does the cut off thing like when i go through a piston door, it will make the pressure plate sound then when the piston door closes when i don't look back, it doesn't make the sound!
if you want me to send a video file i will do that

The world wouldn't load and i tried pressing F3 + c for 10 seconds and it just stood there and still it says "Loading world" !
So you want me to open minecraft by .bat and then to do what? I don't understand the last part!
Ok i did the copy and paste thing and i tried to generate a new world as you said, and it still freezes up!
I truly believe it's a bug or something because the version before this one didn't do that and i could generate worlds without it freezing up.
Yes! also i found log.txt and error.txt on my desktop, do you want me to upload them or trash them?
No. i inputted it myself and called it new world
well i cant remember the code preset but when i pressed done, all the presets said sandstone and i pressed done and then it freezed up
I accidentally deleted it by mistake!
In a world, I take something out of a chest then when i re-log I look in the chest again and it re appears.
As i said, In the header "Can't take screenshot because it blinks really fast"

Yes it does happen when mipmap levels are off as well. And as for the texture pack (I did it without and it doesn't do it but when i do it with it, it does it.) Maybe the texture pack is the issue?
I just mined after posting the comment and it seems without the texture pack it also does it. I just mined a block and it does a see through sort of thing.
I just updated my graphics card and that seemed to do the trick
I did break it with a pickaxe. and it disappeared on me.
