Yes, quite a annoying issue that needs to be fixed happened to me last year had around 360+ worlds. I was really annoyed but was actually thankful because I wanted to delete them all so it wasn't such a mess.
If your playing this on Xbox One and are using a second player as a guest account its very common.
if you are using another account which has it own unique login then I do not know what is happening their.
