I'm using POCO M4 with Mali-G57, import 2 pbr shader and none of the work because deffered technical preview renderer are greyed out, also an error pack.incompatible.graphics.pbr in each pack import log (on notification window, it says import successful with warning in each of them)

Not quite, My device does have support for latest OpenGL ES. The error is about missing translation key. This error:
GL_MAX_COMPUTE_WORK_GROUP_INVOCATIONS ≥ 256.
