If you hold a bow in your hand while right clicking on a minecart command block, the GUI will open and the bow will charge. upon exiting, the arrow will fire, most likely shooting and destroying the minecart. May also affect other versions. Also happens with snowballs.
Here's a screenshot from another angle. http://i.imgur.com/6sFOlH9.png As you can see, only one of the faces disappears. Not sure that's an intended feature.
